Expressive Arts and the mind-body connection can benefit anyone of any age in need of listening, support and non judgmental guidance. Talking is just one way you can express yourself. Gestures and stories, colors and images give us ways to access our own wisdom and ground us in new perspectives. It is within this peaceful, sometimes playful awareness that we can truly learn about ourselves and our relationships. And it is from this place that true and lasting change and resiliency occurs.
THE STUDIO: One-on-one sessions are held at a working art studio located in the Porter Mills Studios building in Beverly's vibrant arts district, We are reminded that our lives are a work of art. We don't only live life, we make it.

I am a licensed mental health counselor, yoga educator and Master’s degree level Dance/Movement Therapist. In one-one sessions or small groups, I weave together these modalities to tailor an approach to counseling that is as unique as you are. I can offer embodied expressive arts therapy, trauma sensitive yoga, and mindfulness meditation along with traditional talk therapy. With experience and training in the field for almost 20 years, I am honored to bear witness to the strength and wisdom of my students and counseling clients. With non-judgement and deep respect for your journey, I aim to provide practical tools for honest improvements to stress, emotional/and sometimes physical pain, and can help guide you to an overall sense of wholeness for a more fulfilling life.
