You are welcome to find a commitment level that works for you. You may chose a program that includes weekly moving meditation or trauma-informed yoga along with weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 counseling. Another option is to book only 1:1 appointments OR register for classes whenever you chose. The real commitment you make is to yourself and your life.
